But while wood frame construction and integrity have been hallmarks of our business, we offer a number of services that make Carocon an asset for any project.
Development Consulting
Create concept estimates, consideration of alternatives and value determination.
Pre-Construction
Create Project Outlines, final budgets and schedules. Also handle subcontract negotiations, agency coordination, and green and LEED determination.
General Construction
Provide field management, subcontracting, schedule maintenance, timely project reporting and quality assurance/control evaluations.
Post-Construction
Address warranty tracking, annual inspections, turn-over (unit acceptance, warranties and CO tracking), and close-out (including cost certification and final acceptance).
Warranty and Issue Resolution
Manage issues, coordinate repairs and provide inspections and discovery (including water testing). Also assess maintenance procedures and effectiveness, plus help develop maintenance policies and procedures.
