Brookson Resident Flats

About the Project

Brookson Resident Flats are comprised of 296 residential units located in Huntersville, North Carolina. The project features a unique design with some residential units being housed in duplex style buildings, creating a cohesive community atmosphere.

The Clubhouse blends rustic style with modern amenities and will showcase reclaimed wood accents alongside granite countertops. The project will also feature a fireplace in Clubhouse, exercise rooms, a spacious pool with fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen complete with gas grills. Residents will also enjoy a walking trail with fire pit at the trailhead, and a car wash. The sizeable residential units will feature granite countertops units, balconies and crown molding.
