The Duncan Place Project is located at the corners of 15th and 16th street in Charlotte, NC. The project consists of four Townhome buildings containing 19 units, and two Three-Story Condo buildings containing 12 units each. The project was developed in conjunction with the Affordable Housing Initiative for the city of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The units feature such amenities as balconies, granite countertops, hardwood flooring and maple cabinets. The project also boasts a beautiful view of the Charlotte skyline and is within walking distance of Uptown.
