Located at the former Eastland Mall site, in Charlotte North Carolina. Eastland Yards is a community-focused project and a partnership between Crosland SouthEast and the City of Charlotte. The project will provide affordable housing to seniors via 70 residential units and coveted amenities. The project will feature a rooftop terrace, coffee bar, secure access, a yoga/ fitness room, business center, and a multipurpose room for arts and crafts, reading and social engagement. The project will also be Energy Star certified, reducing the carbon footprint.
