About the Project

The Edgemont Apartments / Calvert Place B Project is located at the corner of Lyon and Stokes Streets in Durham, NC 27701. The project consists of 6 buildings containing a total of 8 Two-Bedroom, One and a half-Bath units; 4 Two-Bedroom Two-Bath units; 12 Three-Bedroom, Two and a half-Bath units, and 4 Three-Bedroom Two-Bath units.

Located in Durham, North Carolina, this project consists of 28 residential units in 6 separate buildings. Calvert Place B is part of the second phase of the Durham Hope VI Revitalization project.

The units are town home style rented apartments and feature market rate finishes and appliances. Fully accessible ADA compliant units are also provided. The Calvert Place B project includes for-sale lots and homes for future phases.

Carocon employed Davis Bacon and MWBE wage and hiring practices throughout the project. Additionally, Carocon worked with the local community to provide employment opportunities for the willing and qualified individuals during the course of the project.
