Main Street Townhomes

About the Project

Located in North East Central Durham, The Main Street Town homes seamlessly blends downtown living with a neighborhood atmosphere in an area that is bordering on a renaissance. The Main Street Town homes are part of the Hope VI Revitalization project.

The project consists of 43 rental town homes developed in conjunction with the Durham Housing Authority. The units feature brick fencing, balconies, a water park and access to the picnic shelters on site.

Carocon employed Davis Bacon and MWBE wage and hiring practices throughout the project. Additionally, Carocon worked with the local community to provide employment opportunities for the willing and qualified individuals during the course of the project.
