The Briley Apartments is nestled in the quaint town of Matthews, North Carolina. The project houses 359 residential units housed in 6 buildings.
The Briley features innovative amenities such as shared studio space for residents, a dog spa, a bike maintenance shop and a steam room and sauna, among many others. The project has a focus on maximizing the use of outdoor space and residents can enjoy a Beer Garden area, multiple courtyards with fountains and seating and a well-appointed pool retreat.
