About the Project

Park and Kingston Apartments is a posh apartment community featuring the excitement of uptown urban living. The project is located in Charlotte, North Carolina at the intersection of Park and Kingston roads and will feature 153 residential units. The project will also feature a Clubhouse with a unique design: The first floor will feature offices, the second floor will feature an exercise and fitness level and the third floor will be a social gathering place with rooftop terrace. The community also features a pool with an expansive deck, granite countertops and ceramic tile.
