The Plantation Point Apartments is a fresh take on apartments, blending a community-centered design with rustic style and modern comforts. Located in Mooresville, North Carolina, the project will feature 260 residential units and a Clubhouse with exterior kitchen area, complete with gas grills. The Clubhouse will also feature a pool with expansive deck, a car wash and dog wash station and dog park. The project will also feature picnic areas with gas grills and a scenic walking trail.
