Seigle Point Apartments won First Place in the National Development Council Academy 2009 Showcasing Innovative Community Development Award in the Affordable Housing Divison!
The Seigle Point Apartments project is located on 10th street in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. This project is part of the Hope VI revitalization program and is also a Housing and Urban Development project. The project consists of 204 residential units in ten buildings, with an additional Clubhouse.
Seigle Point Apartments has a beautiful view of Uptown Charlotte and features two playgrounds onsite. The clubhouse features a laundry facility, offices and a kitchen.
