The Banks is a lavish apartment community located right on the banks of the Catawba river in Belmont, North Carolina. The project consists of 314 residential units housed in 9 separate buildings with a spacious and well-appointed Clubhouse with a resort-style pool. State-of-the-art amenities include an outdoor kitchen area, fitness studio, pet spa and pet park, onsite restaurant and river access with boat launch. The units will feature gourmet kitchens, quartz countertops and private balconies.
